The recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), has brought us to carefully consider the operations of our office. For the health and well-being of the public and the employees of Finney County, the Finney County Attorney’s Office is closed for public access until further notice. Please call 620-272-3568 or visit the Finney County Attorney website for general inquiries.

All operations will be handled over the phone or by email. If you have a pending Diversion Program, call 620-272-3568 for monthly check-ins and payment information. You can now make Diversion payments online with a credit card.  Visit our webpage for more information.
