Responsibilities & Duties

The County Attorney is the chief law enforcement official in Finney County. The office handles felony crimes, drug crimes, domestic batteries, misdemeanors, juvenile crimes, and traffic prosecutions.

  • Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS)
  • Department of Children and Families (DCF).
